Below are the services typically included in our complete V8 head pair machining and assembly package, less parts. All pricing subject to change based on final inspection of heads and any changes made by Newco or the customer.
Cylinder head rebuild package includes the following:
- Teardown and inspection of iron or aluminum heads
- Crack checking
- Machining of valves and seats
- Reface decks with CBN/PCD inserts
- Set valve stem installed heights if necessary
- All parts cleaning and rinsing
- Reassembly with new valve stem seals
