Fully Dressed V8

Below are the services typically included in our complete V8 machining and assembly package, less parts. All pricing subject to change based on final inspection of engine and any changes made by Newco or the customer. 

Full dressed V8 package includes the following:

• Teardown and inspection of core engine
• Hot tank and magnaflux for cracks
• Bore & Hone
• Reface Decks
• Block Prep (chase all threads, install cam bearings/freeze plugs, final wash)
• Balance rotating assembly
• Recondition connecting rods (check for cracks/resize/hang pistons)
• Rebuild cylinder heads (inc. crack checking, grind valves/seats, reface, all washing & reassembly with new seals)
• Assembly of long block
• Installation of valvetrain/intake manifold/covers
• Paint service
• Installation of water pump/oil filter system
• Oil priming 
  
• Prep for runout service if requested (additional fees apply for runout)
